Complacency and Welfare
There is going to be a talk from AWAK (Peritoneal-Based Wearable Artificial Kidney) organised for the students on this Saturday. One of those few “portable” kidneys for dialysis, cool huh? I had also requested for my Biomedical Project TMA to be reviewed, dun you think it’s so unjust when the marker moderated down the score, anyway the result is still pending.
Everytime I wonder why people of the same nationality would undermine each other, even for the case of Kastari. He is probably gone and no longer in Singapore, that is also when the blame starts coming. Mr Wong ought to be blamed in the context of security and how “not” transparent is the MHA. Taking the analogy of Open Source, where the codes are available to the public and the protocols of MHA are a secret, nobody would ever know the flaws of the system until the ray of light shines into it. Mr Wong should get the punishment, instead of shifting the blame to his officers.
Complacency is a dirty word, welfare is a balanced word exactly because you would want the same welfare like anyone else and not suffer the consequences of complacency.
